Subscribers shall pay all Subscription Fees due to Organisation for products in the manner and frequency provided for on the Website from time to time by online bank payment or PayPal before the Subscriber can access the Website or any Downloads. Upon making payment for the first Subscription, all ordered products shall be made immediately available to the Subscriber. All payments shall be made in US dollars unless agreed otherwise by Organisation. All and any bank charges in connection with US dollar payments shall be paid by the Subscriber. Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions will be taken from the same bank account of the Subscriber from which his first payment was made on the same date in each month or year as appropriate (or the next Business Day if that date is not a Business Day) until the Subscription is cancelled by the Subscriber Organisation may increase its prices upon notifying Subscribers on the Website of such increased prices, which will not take effect until at least one month after the date on which such notification is made. Organisation reserves the right to offer trial packages at a lower cost to potential new Subscribers than existing Subscribers may be paying.Cancellations
You have the freedom to cancel your Company membership at any time, with or without cause. However, if you cancel before the current subscription period ends, we won't refund any fees already paid. Exceptions to this policy may apply in certain circumstances. To terminate your recurring subscription, adjust your payment settings within your Company account profile. Upon cancellation, access to all enrolled products will cease at the end of the billing cycle. Should you decide to rejoin as a paying member, your billing cycle will reset accordingly. If your subscription is managed by a third party, cancellation may need to be processed through them.Access Suspension
- If you do not wish your Membership to automatically renew at the end of the current annual period, you must give us at least three month’s written notice of your wish to terminate to ensure you do not incur the Annual Fee for the following Annual Period.
- You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice, but the Annual Fee shall remain payable for the remainder of the then current annual period and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any Annual Fee already paid.
- We may suspend or terminate our Services at any time if we have good reason. For example, where you and we no longer have trust and confidence in each other or where, in our opinion, continuance could have a detrimental impact on our business, its activities, reputation or goodwill.
- Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Conditions automatically cease and you are immediately required to cease all use of the Company Trade Marks and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be entitled to use any of the Company Trade Marks, including Certified, on any website, document or other materials following termination and must procure that any third parties who are marketing on your behalf also comply with this clause
